Brew Instructions
Use 35g of Cascara per 1 litre of brew water.
- Bring fresh water just off the boil.
- Add Cascara to your french press or pot.
- Steep for 6–8 minutes.
- Strain and serve hot, or chill over ice.
Adjust steep time to taste. Longer brews bring deeper sweetness and more fruit intensity.
